Q:  Is there a time to just come and bounce?
A:
Click on our website calendar to see our available bounce times. 

Q: Who is charged for Open Play?
A:
  All participants except adults, crawlers, and infants will be charged. Adults, crawlers, and infants are free with a paid admission. 

Q: Can we leave and then return during Open Play times?
A:
  Here at The Bounz House our policy is that you may bounce as long as you would like, but there is no re-entry. 

Q: What if I have more participants than my party package allows?
A:
An additional fee of $13.00 for the Colossal party package & $9.00 for all other packages will be charged per participant ages 17 and under.  Adults 18 and older can participate for free. 

Q: Can I bring my own food or drinks?

A: You may bring in your own cake or cupcakes. If you would like to include a meal, you will need to utilize our in-house menu. See Party Options for what we have to offer.

Q: Do I need to bring my own paper products?
A:
If food or beverage is purchased through The Bounz House, all paper products will be furnished.

Q: Is there an age limit?
A: Minimum age recommendation is 3 years.  Children under the age of 3 need to be accompanied by an adult on the inflatables.  We recommend that non-walkers not use the equipment.
Anyone under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.  No drop offs please. 

Q: Do I need to have the exact number of children at the time a party is booked?
A: No, we will contact you 3 days prior to the party to get the final count. Any additional participants may be added at this time.

Q: Can we bring in our own decorations?
A: No decorations such as streamers, confetti, or piñatas are allowed. Decorations cannot be hung on the walls. 

Q: When should we arrive at The Bounz House?
A: You and your guests should plan to arrive 15 minutes prior to party time. This will give you time to sign waivers and review our rules.  No one will be allowed into the bounce rooms until their scheduled party time.

Q: Is a deposit required?
A:
We require a $75 deposit on a valid debit or credit card to secure your reservation. This will be included in the total cost of the package.   
 
Q: Is the deposit refundable?
A:
No, all deposits are non-refundable, but we will be happy to reschedule your party when given at least a 15 day advanced notice.

Q: What if I need to cancel or reschedule a party?
A: We require at least a 15 day cancellation notice prior to your scheduled party to avoid any additional fees. If you cancel within 7-14 days prior to your party, an additional charge of 50% of your total fee will apply.  If you cancel within 6 days or less prior to your party, the additional charge will be 100% of your total fee. Please note once again that deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to reschedule, your party must be rescheduled within 2 months of your original party date. All parties rescheduled with less than 15 days notice can only be rescheduled on weekdays (Tuesday-Thursday) excluding legal holidays. To cancel or reschedule you must speak to our party coordinators directly. Please do not send an email or leave a voicemail.
